2026 SANIBEL SHELL SHOW -COMMERCIAL VENDOR APPLICATION
Please complete and return this application by November 10th. The Shell Show Committee will review applications and select the 2026 Shell Show Vendors by November 14th. Vendors selected must then complete payment and sign the disclaimer statement (form will be sent to you with acceptance notice) by November 25th to reserve your spot for the 2026 Sanibel Shell Show. Please do not send checks with your application.

Vendor spaces are 10 ft x10 ft. You must provide your own tent, table(s) and cloths.
All spaces are outdoors in the parking area surrounding the Community House.
Vendor Space Fees are $475 per reserved 10’x10’space. Only one application per Vendor is allowed. Vendors may request up to 2 spaces. Each tent should allow for 2 or 3 large conference sized tables. Multiple vendors (max 3) may share one tent under one vendor’s application. Contact Vendor Chair via email for questions.
Please email your completed application Vendors@sanibleshellclub.com or mail your application to PJ Blankenhorn, 186 Metcalf Rd., Sandwich NH 03227. All complete applications will be on a waiting list in case of changes or cancellations. Be sure to sign below.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received in writing prior to December 15 will receive full refund if the space is fully re-reserved by December 31. No refunds after December 15. We are only to able offer 20 spaces so a cancellation impacts several vendors who wanted a space. We will contact vendors on the wait list to offer any cancelled space.
Disclaimer Policy: The Sanibel Captiva Shell Club and The Sanibel Community House, including their staff, volunteers, and board members, shall not be responsible under any circumstances for loss, damage, or theft of any merchandise, property, or money belonging to the vendor, vendor’s staff, or guests. This includes, but is not limited to, exhibits, items offered for sale, and personal property of any kind. Vendor agrees to hold harmless and indemnify both organizations, along with their representatives, from any claim arising from accident, injury, or damage to persons or property that may occur on the premises. Vendor acknowledges that they have been advised to obtain their own insurance coverage for such potential losses.

Key Details
- You will be able to unload your display from your vehicle near your assigned site during specified set up time, to the best of our ability in limited space.
- Tents and tables must remain in the spaces allotted and outlined.
- Do your require electricy? If so, bring your own extention cords and lighting.
- All boxes, carts, or supplies must be hidden from public view to maintain a clean and professional appearance during the show.
- All vendor exhibits must remain for the entire 2026 Show.
- Additional instructions or orientation will be sent via email.
- If you are planning on attending the show, we highly recommend making your reservations as soon as possible as this is peak season. Hotels and other suggestions are available online for “hotels in Sanibel in March 2026”.
- Vendors are NOT allowed to camp in the Community House parking lot for the duration of the show nor in the associated parking lots within walking distance.
- The Sanibel Shell Show has an admission fee. Vendors will be provided with complimentary admission for the duration of the show.
- Parking daily during the show will be available within walking distance. Handicap parking will also be available. Final vendors will receive a map clearly showing parking locations and access to the building. This will come via email.
- Exhibit judging will take place on Wednesday inside the Community House. We request that you be respectful of the Judges and do not disturb them or their team during this time. Please stay clear of the Artistic and Scientific exhibits while judging is taking place. Vendors who are also exhibitors may not be in the exhibit hall during judging. (access to the rest rooms is briefly allowed).
- Vendors are invited to the Judges Cocktail Reception on Wednesday evening. The special award winners will be announced at the reception. It is a casual dress event and heavy hors d’oeuvres and cocktails will be served. Please find the reservation information on the last page. If interested, please make your reservation online as the last page indicates.
- A Sneak Preview of the exhibits will be open at 7:30- 8:15 after the Reception. Vendors must have credentials from the Judges Reception for entry into Preview. Vendors are not allowed to sell during the Preview.
- Prior to your application acceptance, please contact me via email if you have any questions. I will not take phone calls. Final Vendors will have my cell for any questions before or during the Show. Please add my info to your contact list in your phone for quick access at that time.
